5. 3D Virtual Sampling
The 3D virtual sampling service provided by NEOSSION is intended as a design visualization tool. While we strive for the highest accuracy in our 3D renders, minor variations may exist between digital previews and final physical products due to material batch differences, production tolerances, and screen color calibration. Final product approval via physical sample is recommended before mass production.
6. Confidentiality & NDA
NEOSSION treats all client design submissions, technical specifications, and business information as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent. Upon request, NEOSSION will enter into a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to any design file exchange.
7. Limitation of Liability
NEOSSION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of this website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
